Shipping Instructions

  • Package the item in a sturdy box
  • Use bubble wrap or peanuts
  • Tape well with shipping tape
  • Place any screws in a ziplock bag
  • Backup any data if possible
  • Label Fragile
  • Always consider insuring your shipment, especially for high-value items.
  • Keep a record of the device’s serial number, and consider taking photos of the item and its packaging as proof of its initial condition

  • Q: How long does the repair process take?
    A: Our current turnaround time is 5-7 days
  • Q: How do I pay for the service?
    A: Once repairs are complete an invoice will be emailed to you that will allow you to pay with a credit or debit card.
  • Q: What if I decide not to proceed with the repair after diagnostics?
    A: If you decide not to proceed after the diagnostic has been done, then you will only pay a diagnostic fee of $45
  • Q: Is there a warranty on the repair?
    A: Every repair has a 90-day warranty, which covers normal usage. It does not cover water damage, drops/falls or electrical power surges.
