- Package the item in a sturdy box
- Use bubble wrap or peanuts
- Tape well with shipping tape
- Place any screws in a ziplock bag
- Backup any data if possible
- Label Fragile
- Always consider insuring your shipment, especially for high-value items.
- Keep a record of the device’s serial number, and consider taking photos of the item and its packaging as proof of its initial condition

A: If you decide not to proceed after the diagnostic has been done, then you will only pay a diagnostic fee of $45 - Q: Is there a warranty on the repair?
A: Every repair has a 90-day warranty, which covers normal usage. It does not cover water damage, drops/falls or electrical power surges.
